This shows how I tighten the straps that hold the wrist cuffs tightly.
Basically there's a loop of webbing strap, both ends are attached to my wrist cuff, and there's a one way ratchet
attached to the release mechanism (attached under the bed).

 I have one for each wrist cuff.
